To get the best and accurate pricing for your event book a phone consultation. Consultation fees are NON- REFUNDABLE. If you book your event with us the consultation fee will be applied to your event balance.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are nonrefundable! If you need to cancel/change your booking a credit of the deposit will be held for 6 months from booking date for the customer to use given availability of date requesting. Credits can be used for any of Kustomz By Kim SERVICES ONLY!
