Service Description

Service starts at $850 This service is provided 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. It is for the couples who have already began planning their wedding themselves and need someone to oversee their work on the big day. We come in and make sure all your hard work comes to life while you enjoy your wedding day. Our Day of Coordination Duties Include: * Meeting with couples 6-8 weeks prior to wedding to gather what has been planned thus far. * Provide a check list of what we will need from the couple to make the big day run smoothly. *Check in with all vendors *Review and/or create timelines and floor plans *Attend final walk-through of ceremony and reception venue(s) *Conduct and manage wedding rehearsal *Be the point of contact on the day of and overseeing all aspects of the wedding day ceremony. Tax Is Not Included In This Price A $150 Security Deposit along with a 35% non-refundable down payment is required for this booking.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are nonrefundable! If you need to cancel/change your booking a credit of the deposit will be held for 6 months from booking date for the customer to use given availability of date requesting. Credits can be used for any of Kustomz By Kim SERVICES ONLY!
